NINA CHUFAROVA
Nina Chufarova is holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (2023) and additional qualification in Counselling Adult Survivors of Sexual Violence. She has experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across the lifespan. Her clinical work includes supporting people affected by addiction, sexual assault and domestic abuse, childhood and attachment trauma, as well as war- and immigration-related trauma.
Nina works from a trauma-informed, person-centred, and culturally responsive perspective. She believes that healing occurs within a safe, respectful therapeutic relationship where each person’s lived experience, identity, and strengths are acknowledged and valued. Her work is collaborative and tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
She uses an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapies, somatic approaches, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic principles. This allows her to address both immediate concerns and deeper emotional patterns while supporting long-term growth and resilience.
Nina offers therapy in English and is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish, enabling her to work effectively with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
Her goal is to help clients make sense of their experiences, understand themselves better, reconnect with their inner resources, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
