My experience in therapy with Megan has been nothing short of life changing. From the start of our working together, she created a safe environment and helped established a secure relationship for us to explore self compassion, core patterns of thinking that were not serving me, and places where I had gotten stuck emotionally.

She brings a highly sensitive and intelligent perspective on life, and she listens so well that it is not uncommon for her to remember details of my life better than I do myself. I have grown so much as a human and feel so much happier in general thanks to the work I have done with Megan, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for help in their life.

FEELING FULL(FILLED)

AN EATING DISORDER TREATMENT PROGRAM
(NEW! COMING IN 2023)

Despite treatment advances, mortality rates of eating disorders remain remarkably high. It is estimated that yearly 3.3+ million healthy life years worldwide are lost due to eating disorders [1].

Further, disordered eating greatly reduces quality of life experienced by sufferers, including co-occurring mental health issues, lower yearly earnings, and risks for adverse pregnancy and poor neonatal outcomes. Recovery and positive life outcomes are improved with early treatment [2].

Feeling (Full)filled is a new semi-intensive community-based eating disorder treatment program!

This therapeutic experience runs twice per year and provides psychological assessment and diagnosis, psychoeducation, individual therapy, group therapy, as well as meal support and on-call crisis counselling and coaching opportunities for adults with disordered eating. Treatment is provided by Dr. Vokey and her team.

Self-referrals and referrals from healthcare providers are now accepted. Please contact Dr. Vokey at fullcirclepsychology@outlook.com or 204-295-9533. If you are a professional interested in partnering with this program and/or a community member interested in providing support to offset the tuition costs, we would love to hear from you!
